At RRR Trading, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • Certain items such purchased under distributor or sales agreement may not be refundable if the terms of the agreement specify no refunds or contain additional terms.

NOTE:  this policy only applies to items and orders paid via our payment processor with a debit or credit card.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Ship the item back to us at the address that was provided to you during the refund / exchange process. You must use a traceable shipping method.
  3. Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take more than 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping Fees will not be refunded

4. Exchanges

5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Any shipping fees associated with the purchase or return of items
  • Any bank or payment processor fees associated with the original purchase or refund
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Items purchased at trade shows and similar events (unless defective)
  • Custom or personalized orders, any sale/purchase agreement that contains non-refundable terms and conditions
  • Any items that have exceeded the 30 day return deadline

7. Chargeback & Dispute Resolution

If you believe there is an issue with your transaction, we encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly. 

NOTE:  Issuing a chargeback before contacting our company could be grounds to terminate any current distributor or sales agreements with our company; in addition, you may be disqualified from entering into any future agreements.

NOTE: Initiating a chargeback before the return of the items in the order may result in litigation and the filing of criminal fraud charges.
